2 WOMEN ENTER RACE FOR RENSSELAER COUNTY LEGISLATURE.(CAPITAL REGION)

TROY -- Two women have announced plans to run for the Rensselaer County Legislature on the Democratic slate from the city of Troy.

Nancy Emmet-Farnan of Lansingburgh, associate director of corporate communications for Northeast Health Systems, and M. Lynne Mahoney, who works in the office of the clerk for the state Assembly and is vice chairman of the Troy Housing Authority, have announced their candidacies.
