Vic: A spate of fires keep firefighters busy

Three separate fires in Melbourne have caused about 250,000 damage.

This morning firefighters battled a blaze at a seafood restaurant at Essendon North
in Melbourne's north-west.

Meanwhile, the arson squad is investigating a fire at a former Melbourne nursing home,
a double-storey brick and timber building in Murrumbeena.

And in a house fire last night at Braybrook in Melbourne's north west, police used
capsicum spray to subdue a man, who appeared to be affected by drugs or alcohol.
