NSW: Greens vote boosted by Labor disillusionment
The Greens say growing disillusionment with the Labor government in New South Waleswill boost the Green vote at next month's state election.
Greens MP IAN COHEN says the party will give priority to several seats in both cityand country areas to take advantage of the waning support for Labor.
Mr COHEN says Greens will focus on the Sydney seats of Marrickville, Port Jackson andRockdale, and the country seats of Keira in the Illawarra and Ballina on the north coast.
He says he believes the party will win two seats in the upper house and has a fairchance of winning at least one in the lower house.
